A Little Bit About Carol Peccarelli, Founder of New Hope Coaching
Former Fortune 50 Human Resources executive with 30+ years global business, HR, organization/leadership development, change management, and DEI expertise. I coached, mentored and sponsored hundreds of diverse, senior executives and leaders - in Marketing, Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, Legal, Finance and HR.
Carol has personally experienced the ups and downs of professional and personal transitions including:
- several big promotions / business shifts within Johnson & Johnson's Consumer, Pharmaceuticals and Medical Device / Diagnostic businesses,
- multiple reorganizations resulting in role / title changes and company mergers, acquisitions & divestitures,
- juggling family, career, college and life as I advanced to Vice President/Board Member, and
Carol formed New Hope Coaching to help people, teams and organizations achieve success. She partners with leaders from a variety of industries and experiences.
