A Little Bit About Carol Peccarelli, Founder of New Hope Coaching
Former Fortune 50 Human Resources executive with 30+ years global business, HR, organization/leadership development, change management, and DEI expertise. I coached, mentored and sponsored hundreds of diverse, senior executives and leaders - in Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, R&D, Legal, Finance and HR.
I personally experienced the ups and downs of professional and personal transitions including:
- several big promotions / business shifts within Johnson & Johnson's Consumer, Pharmaceuticals and Medical Device / Diagnostic businesses,
- multiple reorganizations resulting in role / title changes and company mergers, acquisitions & divestitures,
- juggling family, career, college and life as I advanced to Vice President/Board Member, and
- forming New Hope Coaching so I can partner with leaders from a variety of industries and experiences to be the best they can be.
Master's Degree in Organization Development from American University. Certifications: Board Certified Coach (BCC), Center for Executive Coaching, Hogan Leadership Forecast Series, and Prosci Change Management.
