As a former Fortune 50 Human Resources executive with 30+ years global business, organization development, leadership, and diversity & inclusion expertise, I have helped thousands of leaders as they faced into and progressed successfully through change.
I personally experienced many big changes and transitions including:
- a company sale that left me jobless,
- several big promotions/new companies within Johnson & Johnson,
- juggling the ups and downs of college, family, career and life on my advancement to Vice President/Board Member from a Coordinator role,
- restructuring resulting in job change and loss of title,
- choosing early retirement, and
